Hackers attacked the Prague Planning Institute

The Institute of Planning and Development of the Capital City of Prague has become the target of a cyber attack. Hackers used the institute’s capacity to mine cryptocurrencies. The city institution is concerned about the loss of data.

Again and again. Institutions in the Czech Republic are attacked and subsequently implement measures. We try to advise our customers and prepare them preventively. It’s definitely a cheaper way, although at first it doesn’t look like that.

There was no damage to the system, but its performance decreased dramatically. So maybe at least the mining was successful. Entire article here
