Managing director and partner in CST Consulting. Marek has been working in the field of financial and physical security since 1992. First he worked for Chequepoint as Security Manager, where he created standards for financial security. From 1999 to 2003, he worked for Česká spořitelna on procedures for the prevention of money laundering. Subsequently, between 2003 and 2007, he was in charge of the Compliance Department at HVB Bank Czech Republic (now UniCredit Bank, as). From 2007 to 2010, he worked at LBBW Bank CZ as a Compliance Specialist, and then he was in charge of Operational Risk Management where he was responsible for operational risk management, IT Security and Business Continuity Management.

Since 2010, she has been involved in financial risk management and physical security consultancy. Marek is a Certified Compliance Manager and has worked in a number of professional associations such as the Czech Banking Association or the Capital Market Association.
