Štěpánka has experience in the implementation and administration of physical building security, optimization and coordination of business processes, personal data protection according to GDPR and project management. For more than 10 years she has worked at SAZKA, where from 2005 to 2011 she held the position of Deputy Director of the Dispatching Department and also the Head of Project Managers. She was part of the implementation team for the implementation of the BIS access system in the SAZKA office building and in O₂ arena, participated in the implementation of the CCTV camera system in the SAZKA building and the introduction and optimization of ARIS PPM dynamic control in the company. She defended her rigorous degree in industrial property. She studied trademark issues for several years, specifically dealing with domain name disputes. She is a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) under GDPR legislation.
